Currently, I have not seen many people buy or sell booster packs since there currently is no bonus such as the Xmas update with the Ice case, then the Ice case, festive and the other cases, then the new years one with the 3x boosters or whatever the number was. Since its just basic boosters though, that means its cheaper since there is no bonus. If you want to make money selling boosters its during the updates when boosters usually get a bonus.
