TOPIC: Have an idea for an event?

Alright so The Lead Team is trying to find new events for the SSRP servers, so what this post is mainly to get new ideas. Here's how it works, Post your idea below, make sure to add instructions and any other important details, if you like someones idea Thank You their post, After half a week to a week I will look at all the posts and the one's with the most Thank Yous will get added to a forum poll. An elimination type gamemode, or 3 lifes or something. I dont care what the weapon is, preferably not something cancerous like a gluon. Maybe a colt python. So you have like 3 lifes and once you die the third time by the colt you get eliminated.

Low Gravity Death Match.
This gives players low gravity so when you jump you jump really high and fall slower, random weapons spawn on the ground and you have to go pick them up and kill other players.

Fast Moving Death Match.
People run really fast like amphetamine or when in a suit, weapons spawn randomly around the map.

A bhop race with real bhop settings so I can finally assert my dominance over all these scrubs who think they are hardshit cuz they can press space bar once every 1 second on a 7 tickrate server

More seriously :

- Harpoon war

Just any of the current maps ( container / construction site / plain arena ) except with one shot harpoons that you can throw. Probably pretty simple to set up too and would be fun to play.

- Falling tiles with a twist ( I can't think of a name lol )

Basicaly ffa on falling tiles ( Or maybe an arranged version of falling tiles so the plates are thicker and smaller, you'll see why in a bit ) where each player spawns with infinite nitro and immunity to damage. The goal wouldn't be to kill other players but to actualy destroy the props under their feets to make them fall to their doom. If you can think of a better explosive weapon than nitro feel free to suggest. I just figured it would be the best one as it can't be spammed too fast and gives reasonably enough time to flee to another plate/prop.

- Hot potato

A player is randomly selected and " infected " ( turns bright red to differentiate him from other players ) and must pass on the infection by giving it to other player by touching/hitting them. A random timer begins when the game starts and at some point the player infected blows up if he did not pass it to someone else in time. Repeat until only one player is left in the game. Every time someone dies it gets transfered to someone else randomly.

- Laser Game

Starts on a floating platform I'd say the size of a 3x3 square of 8x8 plates where lasers slide accross killing/damaging players. The goal being obviously to be the last survivor, the longer the game goes the more lasers comes while possibly increasing in speed. You'd have to alternate beetwen jumping/crouching/running to avoid them.


Might come up with more later on but I feel this is going to end up as useful as that pole made ages ago about hacker policy so won't bother for now.

Break floor

The floor is a multi-layered surface which can be broken and the player is killed by a trigger hurt if they hit the bottom. Players spawn in with a crowbar and the objective is to kill all other players either by beating them to death or breaking the floor underneath them, if they event runs for x time players are given a pistol to finish of those still standing.
