If it's ssrp, then simply type !content Subsribe to all, wait for it to download. Close the whole game (not just from server) Start garrysmod up again, wait a minute or two for it to download again (if it does) And just rejoin the servers, and you should have it all. You have to type !content or !zarpcontent in the chat when you are on a server.
Are you talking about roleplay or another gamemode?

it comes up with that commend when i do !content or zarpcontent it doesnt open any window so i can sub to the items
