It's an addon that makes it so you can hold e to rotate objects with the gravity gun when cooking meth you can rotate the pots or printers can be right side up and you can also enable the mod to where the object ghosts like anti prop kill with the physgun but that's optional. It's a really helpful mod and I think you should add it and since I'm enthusiastic about this ill link you the Dropbox to it. the addon is the folder inside the zip but you probably know that if you're a dev lol
