TOPIC: Question about RDM?

Why is it ok for an admin to rdm people? but when I do it I get banned for 12 hours?

It went like this, I was in the bank and I was looking in a mirror, a mirror where I could see a reflection of my own camera. I was trolling with my camera to see it in the mirror aswell. Suddenly an admin just killed me for no reason. This is RDM. So an admin broke a rule. This is unfair so I went back there and RDM'ed the admin the same way he did to me (without reason). and another admin just picks me up and warns me without listening to me why I killed him. Unfair warning. Another admin being unfair. So I rdm'ed that admin aswell (if they play unfair then so can I). And without letting me tell my side of the story, I got banned for 12 hours.

TLDR: Admins can break the rules and play unfair, but when a player (who even payed on the server) does it, he gets a ban without the option of telling his/her story.
