TOPIC: rdmed outside someones property. Please clarify:

In s1 mansion I was going to check who owned the doors. I walk onto the property, barely up to the fountain and i am instantly killed:
-there was NO kos signs up
-there was NO boundary line
-I was not asked to leave
-the base said it was a building base
-I was a citizen
The player who killed me has not been warned despite all of this. I was told that the base MUST have kos signs or a boundary in order for him to instantly kill me, otherwise he must ask me to leave.

Please comment whether this is true or not. If not please explain

It's a district, if they have enough people to own the doors it is KOS it's pretty self explainatory. But if i were you you should make a rule suggestion for that.

should've been a kos sign. either way the rules are not very specific on this, Pretty sure they claim you can be KOS'd if you are on someones property and in this case that is debatable because you were on the drive

In your case you deserved the verbal warning because you did NOT claim the DISTRICT. These guys owned all the doors inorder to CLAIM the DISTRICT, therefor the district is THEIR PROPERTY. And we all know you can get KOS'ED on someone's property.
