Hackers because it's blatant if someone breaks rules but people are good at hiding hacks. The staff team is also a big problem but the hacker issue is 100% the biggest issue right now.

Hackers and Staff!

I've hacked before, but I myself think that hackers get punished too lightly.

Hackers, if theres a mass RDMer/RDAer they can be caught in seconds, hackers are hard to catch and affect peoples game play for a prolonged amount of time.

I personally think gun control and world hunger can't be resolved.

Hackers And Staff taking too long,

Hacking is not a major issue within the community. A very minor amount of players of the SSRP server are hacking, with us having well over 2000 unique players on the server less then 7 are banned in your average week. Hacking is not a major issue within the community in the slightest.

I think rule breakers in general are not punished severely enough. If it was changed so that punishments were more severe and you weren't given as many chances then it would be way more of a deterrent. Because as its been going punishments are getting less severe and the rulebreaking continues to be the largest issue. Staff are not the issue theres plenty of good staff it's the vast amount of rulebreaking that just becomes exhausting and too much to handle for staff members.

While there aren't a lot of hackers, they affect a lot of people. The poll so far reflects it that people find hackers to be he major concern.

I have stated in the past there are no many near the amount of hackers people think there are in this community. I have said it before and I will say it again I believe it should be the focus of the lead team to tackle the following:

F1s getting done faster,
RDM,
RDA,
Staff doing there job.

These are all things we know happen on a daily basis and we know ruins RP. Instead what a lot of people like to do is complain that someone is hacking when in actuality there is no proof given by the anti-cheat so they go the end of the world to try and prove someone is hacking all while we could be dealing with what I consider bigger issues.

TLDR: There aren't a lot of hackers we as a lead team should focus on other things.

Anyways, I believe the main issue is staff. Hackers can be dealt with better by improvements to the anticheats, and also in changes to the hacking policy (which I personally do not believe are needed), which are done by the Community Team. Issues with rulebreaks would be fixed by staff improvements, and the one thing that I see the most complaints about are the way that staff do their jobs. Many report abuses against staff based on experience or the fact that many ignore F1s (something I have also been messaged about / seen myself ingame).
The quality of staffing on the server can be improved if the expectations are increased, or, in some cases, for trainings to be improved (I'm looking at you Fred <3). Things like the minimum requirement for F1s, Lead Team members bringing up / punishing staff members when they notice that they are (constantly) blatantly ignoring F1s (and also ignoring situations they see because either an F1 wasn't made or it didn't affect them, something Anon complains about a lot) after being requested to handle them by other staff members / Lead Team members. There are many ways in which staffing quality could be improved, but those are the main things that come to mind now.

ban people perma with no chance of appeal on first time caught hacking, and maybe it won't actually be an issue and people will be legitimately discouraged from it
