Quantum Suit.

Special ability : " Quantum Matter Manipulation ". An AOE effect around the owner of the suit slows down all players movement to a set speed ( Both movement speed and mouse DPI ) bringing it nearly to an halt for several seconds.

Another idea would be sort of like the nano cloak, except this time it would act as a " repeller " making anyone who lands a shot on the player while the cloak is activated to have his aim shaken ( Sort of like when you get t-gunned ).

A suit that is bullet proof in certain areas (and is non-rippable like the edf suit) ie. if you get shot in the chest or back you take 0 damage so you need to get shot in the legs or head, this can be made into two versions, one for cops and one for the rest.
