Suggestion Title: Revert the shitty m9k changes

How would it benefit the server: M9K wouldn't be complete garbage anymore

Potential Issues/Exploits: Nothing it was fine before and didn't need this change at all.

some changes are actually kinda good while others are ass
psg would be even more broken if they changed it to how it is in m9k due to firing speed for example
