Suggestion Title: Disable static prop flying thingy whatever its called when ur spectating

How would it benefit the server: People won't be able to prop kill when dead.

Potential Issues: I wont be able to prop kill when dead

If you are going around as a prop and hitting people, and those said people don't mind, its perfectly fine.
If you are going around as a prop and hitting people, and those people dont want you to hit them, its prop abuse
Just make sure the people you are hitting as props are fine with it and its all good
No need to remove this, its fun
