Suggestion Title: Idiotic GMC Savanna troll sound

How would it benefit the server: The people will less check their teamspeak messages due to whenever you quit giving gas with the GMC Savanna it'll make the message noise of TeamSpeak3

Potential Issues/Exploits: Annoying sound makes me check Teamspeak

Additional notes:
Its an annoying troll basically, I can't get used to it eventhough I eventually 'know' its the van, it automatically makes me check TS3...
Please like find a solution in another sound of the 'Turbo' or something that makes other sounds if you quit giving gas.

solutions 1. uninstall teamspeak 2. stop using teamspeak 3. turn off the notifications noises 4. read other peoples comments on the thread 5. buy a hoverboard 6. don't use the car 7. buy a hand cannon 8. agility suit 9. don't care about the noise on the van 10. buy a lambo 11. anything but care	Lefty.
