Suggestion Title:

Miner limit

How would it benefit the server:

It would help a lot of new players who are trying to mine but they cant change to miner because the miner limit is full.

Potential Issues/Exploits:

None

Additional notes:

I believe there shouldnt be a miner limit because if a new player joins and wants to go mining, he most likely wouldnt be able to because there are constently alts/players mining.
