Well written!
Your way to make it less abusive is good. However it's still easy to abuse. Also the people they should revive is just gangsters, police and victims of rdm. I also though of how they should know where the dieing people are. I'm gonna give you a minus because it's not really needed, could add a lot of problems. If it should be added then there should be very clear rules about it.

I think it's good. It would make medic more useful.

I've seen this done on other servers but they have a mini game press e every 1 second ten times for CPR and a defibrillator with a charge timer of 25 seconds and it works +support

My vote is neutral so, I think its a good idea but, I don't think that medic should spawn with a desfribilator, I think that medic should sell it or buy it by F4 Menu. Also its really hard to know where people died, and DEAD BODIES can't talk.

On the other server to stop people breaking NLr you bacame a ghost for 100 - 260 seconds

If you died- anything you do that concerns in character matters is Fail RP. So people are already not encouraged to call for a medic while they, themselves, are dead.

This is a nice idea HOWEVER

Think about where your going with this, custom defibrillators, custom vehicles a minigame, for reviving, ghosts that walk around and tell you to revive them....

THIS WILL BE MONTHS OF CODING and quite frankly not worth-it.

Just keep it simple, JUST a defibrillator, that like takes 10-20 seconds to respawn them where they died (this would NOT be NLR)
