How would you deal with a disrespectful player?
Answer: Depending on how severe the disrespect was, and to whom. I would first ask politely for them to stop, then if they kept on disrespecting I would warn them for Disrespect and explain why they were warned, and if they did it 2 more times I would warn them until the third warn, then I would kick them for disrespecting. If they came back on and kept disrespecting, I would try to contact a higher up (Admin, Admin+) on Steam, or Teamspeak 3 and explain what the problem is.

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 50 words)
Answer: Why I would love to be chosen to help participate keeping the trouble makers, which make this gamemode just not really fun would be because, I honestly know what happens in and out of Deathrun, I know what is expected and how to handle the scenarios with the proper discipline, making the server just that much better, for players to join and enjoy what they know and what they don’t expect. With me in America, I am able to be on times when it’s not dead, but not bursting with players, making it a little less worry to other admins/moderators. How I could help if I were chosen, would to find and point out the trouble makers/unfair players, and put the right decision into action for the action they have done. It would be neat to be on the team of Zarp Deathrun, and would not screw anything up.

Your experience on Garry's Mod server as administrating: I have many years of experience, from me owning my own Deathrun server, to many other servers I have been admin on. Also have experience with LUA, know how to work with it, not create it.

This is a excellent application it's easy to read, Its well detailed, You can tell you spent alot of time on it. I don't really know what to make of the extra questions though. x)

1+ he is ver y nice he is always on the server and he helps me as staff and notifys me of some problems that happen so i can fix them he seems like a good person to me.
