Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:

"Random Death Match" : Abbreviated as "RDM" :
A player kills another player without giving a valid roleplay reason.
An example in-game would be: Mr.Cappuccino goes and self-supplies himself some weapons as a gundealer, He grabs his m9k-psg and proceeds to kill speeds.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:

"New Life Rule" : Abbreviated as "NLR" :
Return and interact with the same position / district that you have died in during roleplay within the last 3 minutes.
An example in-game would be TheGangster going to raid bank, the police use their suits and go and stop his bank raid, The gangster is a mischievous man and decides to break the rules and break "NLR" by returning to the bank raid and killing the cops who had just killed him a moment earlier.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
You are handling a report in which player A accuses player B of killing them for no reason in a report via the F1 system.

I would firstly confirm whether either party has any video proof / screenshots or proof in general to support their sides of the story.
in the end if no party has any proof I would refer to any log's I can use however if nothing is able to outcome through the sources then I would apologise for any inconveniences to both parties and ask for player A to supply proof next time.
If player A turns out to have proof for the RDM, I would check player's B rap sheet for any previous punishment. If i see that this is an uncommon occurrence for player B then I will warn them unless player A insist for only a verbal punishment. However, If player B does not have any previous punishment then I will verbally warn player B and state that if this occurs again, they will be warned.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
You witness a user mass RDMing in spawn, killing many people constantly to the point where users are complaining.

I would teleport to the user who is mass RDMing in spawn whilst he is killing many people constantly, I would freeze the user. Then I would check the user's rap sheet in order to see whether this is an common occurrence and if it is not then I would warn him for MassRDM and verbally tell him not to do it again. If he keeps on doing it then I will contact an admin to jail him.
If the user I teleport to has actually been previously doing it judged from his rap sheet then i will kick him if no admin is online then proceed to send an admin proof in order for them to ban him, and if an admin is online id request him to ban him straight-up.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend a minimum of around 150 words):

I've had previous experience from other servers such as a previous server known as ASAP, I had reached senior admin and obtained admin multiple times, I have experience with dealing with annoying children who like to ruin the roleplay experience for others. I also have experience from Unknown Networks during its first release I was an Assistant Staff Manager who would deal with staff members and make sure they were punishing people for breaking rules and also making sure the staff were following the rules themselves.
I've also had experience on a ZARP server, the Surf server during my goal of redeeming myself for an unban due to a permanent ban I had received a while back. I had become a surf admin and was punishing any rulebreakers on the server but was busy with my studies and resigned.
I have a lot of free time now and I would like to support the DarkRP community by applying for a moderator role and hoping to climb up the ranks. I have been playing this server for around a year and have gained a large knowledge of the rules and have had a clean rap sheet for a while.
