Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario: rdm is when you kill someone for no rp reason for example i kill sinz because he insult me that would be rdm

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario: nlr is when you die you cannot return to the district for 3 minuites, for example i die while raiding the pd as a gangster and i get killed by a cop and i come back with a jugg and gluon and kill the cops

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
You are handling a report in which player A accuses player B of killing them for no reason in a report via the F1 system.
i would bring them both to a sit and have an unbias opinion, i would listen to both of their stories then ask both parties if they have any proof like a video and if player A shows me proof and its valid i will warn player B, if they dont give me a video i will have to close the sit.


Explain how you would handle the following situation:
You witness a user mass RDMing in spawn, killing many people constantly to the point where users are complaining.
i would freeze him , warn him for mass rdm and tell him not to do it again, i will then watch over him and see if he carries on and if he does i will get an admin on for a harsher punishment

Why I should be chosen (we recommend a minimum of around 150 words):
ive recently came back to zarp and i decided i really enjoyed staffing in the past so i wanted to apply, at night time there isnt many active staff and people can get rdmed and nothing would happen. i have been staff before but wasn't the greatest i did some things that i regret and i want to redeem myself however other than some instances when I was staff before I did many f1s and I did them very well and professionally. I enjoyed my time as staffing and I want to come back for the year of 2022, I really enjoyed helping new players out and helping out the staff. I also want to join because I want to be there for the people who get rdmed while there isn't any staff active and i want to be the staff that is active and help them out when they need it the most, when i was staff before i helped the lt with a couple of things which include events , demoting staff and punishing hackers and due to this I would like another chance at being part of the zarp staff team, due to my previous staffing time i wasn't accepted so i will go for the next best thing which is the moderator rank.

i would like to say to the staff that will be reviewing this application to consider the previous denied reason, and how i am suppose to gain trust if i am not given the lower rank of moderator.
