Three situations in which the ban command is appropriate are as follow: - A user participates in scamming.
When a user scams another users items, cash or booster packs, the offending user should be banned permanently until the items/cash/boosters are refunded to the user, or Lead Team.
- A user has a large number of recent punishments, and continues to rulebreak.
When a user has many recent punishments, its a sign they don't intend on roleplaying or abiding by the rules, when they have excessive punishments and continue to rulebreak, it is acceptable to ban the user for a reasonable amount of time.
- A user is being largely disruptive to other users RP. Mass RDMing, Mass racism and general minge behaviour.
When users join the server for the sole purpose of being disruptive and do not stop when punished, it is acceptable to banish the user for an acceptable length of time.

The many features of the F1 menu are as follow:
Here you will find all active F1 requests made by users, you can see how long ago they were made, whether or not they are being handled, the reason for the f1 and who it was made by. This is where you will be able to actively help users on the server with any problems they have.
Here on the warnings tab you will find all active warnings on the server, this can help you by notifying you of any potential rulebreakers on the server and at a glance will be able to see if a user has a recent.
You can see the users name, their steamID, the reason of their latest punishment, the admin that gave the punishment and a count of how many they have active.
The logging tab will show you all events that happen on the server, this should only be used for administrative duties while on the server.
The NLR tab will show you all active NLR zones for players on the server, it will show you who, where and for how long their NLR lasts. Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation: You witness Player A being verbally abusive towards you through voice/chat whilst you are carrying out your administrative duties.
If Player A is being verbally abusive while I am doing my duties, I would calmly ask them to desist. If they continue to disrupt my duties while throwing abuse towards me, I would mute the user. If they persisted once their mute has ended, I would explain to them why it resulted in a mute and warn them against continuing.
Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation: Player A makes an appeal on a ban that was placed on them permanently for prop spamming, putting great apology and detail into the appeal, admitting to what they did. Explain the process of how you would handle this appeal.
After thoroughly reading the users appeal, I would discuss the punishment by the banning admin. Depending on whether or not that staff member is still on the team, I would carefully consider their apology and the fact they admitted to their actions. If the user has been banned for a reasonable length of time, I would substantially lower their ban and instruct them to re-read the rules for their return to the server.

I feel I should be promoted as,
I actively deal with rulebreakers and f1s while on the server, taking the time out my RP to deal with them. I am friendly and consistant to players on the server, while also assisting newer players with anything they need. I am active most days especially when the player count goes up, ready to deal with any potential issues the users my experience.
Due to the increasingly inactive staff members, I feel that my being admin would greatly improve the quality of RP that players would experience due to being able to more effectively deal with rulebreakers and issues that players my be experiencing.
