Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
Random Deathmatch is the occurrence of a player killing another player without a valid RP reason.
Example: Killing someone in the Nexus elevator thinking it's a KOS area while it's not

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
NLR is the idea that when your character dies, you lose all memory of your previous life. That means you cannot, for example, use a KOS reason on someone from your previous life. Additionally, you aren't allowed to return to the district you died in(or interact with it whatsoever) until your NLR timer is up.
Example: Player A gets raided and killed by Player B, and decides to snipe Player B from outside the district. This is NLR because he's still interacting with the district.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
You are handling a report in which player A accuses player B of killing them for no reason in a report via the F1 system.
First off, I will teleport to the player who submitted the report, inform them that I am about to teleport them to a roof, or another secluded area, and then I will proceed to do just that. Next, I will ask them to explain in detail everything that had happened, and carefully listen to their story. If, according to their story, Player B RDMed them, I will teleport to Player B, let them know I need them for a sit, and bring them back to Player A. Then we will hear Player B's side of the story, where if he confesses to RDM, or genuinely seems they didn't know they broke the rules, I will let them off with a verbal warning. If, however, their stories conflict, and Player A has evidence that Player B is lying, I will check Player B's rapsheet and according to it, decide their punishment. This will likely be a verbal warning or a real warning. If they have a high amount of recent punishments, I may call an Admin to ban them if necessary.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
You witness a user mass RDMing in spawn, killing many people constantly to the point where users are complaining.
First I will freeze them and check their rapsheet. If they have no recents, I will warn them for Mass RDM and tell them not to do it again. If they do it again, or if they have recents for the same reason, I will keep them frozen and ask for an Admin's help to ban them.

As you may know, I joined ZARP in 2016 and naturally, over the years, I have gained a very good understanding of the rules. I have also had many staff roles in the past, so I indeed possess the necessary skills to be a member of the staff team.

Dedication & Involvement
Since I've resigned from all my GMOD ranks, as I had no longer found it fun, I've still remained very active and involved in the community overall, posting daily on the forums. When I resigned, I still kept my Forum Mod rank, and have had it for over a year now, and to this day still enjoy moving, editing, approving posts, even though you may not notice it. I've come back to GMOD and SSRP for a little over a month now, in which time I've interacted with staff a lot, and reported many rulebreakers. I would also like to address my semi-recent ban. I thought it would be funny to troll on the server and make people angry at me, however I assure you I've stepped back from this and, I've applied for staff on numerous different occasions, and I was serious about it every time.
