Give and explain 3 situations in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command: 1) When someone is trying to crash the server , 2) When someone scams a user , 3) When someone has a lot of recent warnings and doesn't stop rulebreaking.

Explain in detail the main functions of the F1 menu and how this can be used to help you deal with situations on the server: The main functions of the f1 menu are the admin requests, warnings and logging tabs. In the admin request tabs this is where you accept the players reports that have been made in game once you tp to the player and for example say they have been rdmed you can then check the logging's tab to find out who and where the player was killed at and by. You can then use the warnings tab to see if the player who killed the person who made the report has been warned for rdm previously and can that can help whether you need to give the player a verbal warn or warn ingame.

You witness Player A being verbally abusive towards you through voice/chat whilst you are carrying out your administrative duties. If I'd witnessed someone been verbally abusive towards me during my admin sits/duties i would kindly ask them if they could stop being so abusive in voice/in general, if they continued to be abusive towards me after I've asked them nicely to stop. I would then mute the player for 5-10 minutes depending on what was said i would also issue a warn if needed

Firsty i would read there post to see how sorry they seem about there ban, next i would check there ban/warn list to see how long ago the ban happened if it was a long time ago i would get in touch with the admin who issued him the ban, if the admin is confident that his ban appeal seems very apologetic i would lower the players ban to maybe a few days or a week depending on how long he was banned for.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend a minimum of around 150 words): I believe that the reasons I should be promoted are that I would love to have more responsibility in the community and to make more of an impact. I have to say that SSRP has been my most enjoyable in terms of how handling, and helping players with sits, problems, etc. I'd love to be able to do more of that and I think becoming and admin is the most logical step towards my goal. I think me becoming an admin would allow me to help the server in more ways then I currently am, and I'd love to be given the chance to make a bigger difference in, one of, my favorite servers ZARP has to offer. I Don't believe you're currently ready for this role. I get that there aren't really reports you can handle but, I think you need a bit more experience in handling reports.
