Dedication
I currently manage 3 sections on the forums (GD, Appeals, TTT) and make sure that i manage them all to a high standard. Being forum moderator was a very new experience for me and i had no idea what i was doing at first, which led to some comedy when i tried to move posts in particular. Since then, i've put a lot of effort into being able to handle the forums properly and making sure that people don't have issues or have to wait for something to be done. I also make an effort to interact with people from all over the community, even though i currently only play TTT actively. I love using the zarp discord and (occasionally) teamspeak, to talk to people from everywhere and have fun. I've acquired the rank of TTT Super Admin by putting a lot of effort into keeping the server in a good state, and i'm so happy that the server has been doing pretty well recently and has recovered massively from where it was. I want to do the same for the forums and obviously put work into understanding global mod responsibilities such as banning users who break the TOU for the forums.

Activity
I'm currently extremely active on zarp and the forums is where i spend the most time. Since January, when i first started realising how good the forums were, i've had insane activity and definitely have been one of the most active people on the forums, refreshing them constantly to see if there are any new interesting posts to read or comment on. Due to this, i would be able to carry out my staffing duties extremely often and ban people who are being a nuisance on the forums. Especially as its the summer, i will constantly be available if needed for anything.

Communication/Attitude
I'm always available on discord/teamspeak (even tho im not active on ts i can just like get on lol) and i feel like i'm someone that's very easy to talk to. I always make sure not to come off as the typical discord mod lookin ass and make sure not to talk down to people or act like im better than them just because i have a rank on a server. My personality/sense of humour can be a bit much for some people who aren't used to it but i'm friendly to people and make sure any issue is sorted out. I'm strict on staffing when rules are broken but i also don't go out of my way to punish anyone unless they're doing something which could ruin other people's experience, which i would carry over to banning people on the forums.

To end off this application i would like to include a memorable quote that a wise zarp gamer once said to me:

Would you ban if I mentioned some particular staff members abilities and specifically how incompetent they are on a regular basis, this is not about anyone specific, or it might be. but they won't know and so I don't have to say. if so then
