Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time: I would ask them if they need help if they need help i will suggest them to watch me, if they don't want to watch me i would try to teach them with talking/writing. if that doesn't work I'll send them a tutorial or suggest them to google how to surf.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming: I would ask them nicely to stop, if they wont stop i would give them a warning. They can get 3 warnings, if they wont stop im gonna mute them.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: I would warn them, if they wont stop, i kick them. If they come back i would ask a higher rank if they could fix that problem.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words): I only play on this surf server and help people alot if they need help. I want to use my time better on the server, i want to help them more than normally. I am also very friendly and like to talk / write to people. When I don't feel like playing the map, I look at players who are not that experienced and give them tips if they want.
