What is Ghosting? and give an example: (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting)

Ghosting is when you're dead as a runner or death and you give information to players who're alive to hewlp them win a round.

For example, if there is a trap such as a 50/50 one that requires you to guess which way is safe, if you pick the wrong path and end up dying, you cannot tell the current alive players which way is safe to go.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)

Going off of a player being minorly disrespectful towards another, I would give a couple of verbal warnings, but if the player refuses to follow the given instructions that're given within then verbals, I would then chat or voice mute depending on what way the player chose to communicate their disrespectful actions, following this, I would give the player a warning with a appropriate title relating to the situation

Why I should be chosen: (Explain in your own words WHY we should chose you to become moderator, what makes you stand out? What are good traits about you? (The questions are examples and are NOT part of the template. (We recommend around 75 words))

I have been staff on the majority of zarp servers ranging from mod to head admin, with this being said, I believe that I should be chosen.
Before someone brings up the matter, I do seem sarcasstic in game, but that is just how I am, I will properly do what I am meant to do as a moderator without being bias towards friends on the server.
