Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time:

First I will try to explain the basic commands of the server and the basic movements for surf,I'll tell him to watch me at f2 and i will give the maximum details of how to pick up speed on ramps, how to maintain speed, how to do strafe, the basic of surf, If he is still having difficulties I will recommend watching a tutorial on youtube that will be explained step by step.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:

I will give a warning by voice or text chat, telling him to stop, if he does not stop he will receive a mute of 5 minutes or more depending on the situation,If he dont stop after some mutes, He will receive a warn, If he dont stop, He will be kicked, After that if he dont stop(again), I'll call a Admin+ To handle the situation with a ban

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:

First I will use the F2 command and see if the individual is exploting, If he is he will receive a warning by private or public chat telling him to stop, If he does not stop he will receive a warn (by the !warn command) and will be kicked, If he goes back to the server and continues exploting, I will contact an admin+ to take care of the situation

Why I should be chosen:

The surf server is very chilling, not much happens, but there are still times when there are no staff online and some people start spamming the mic or saying racist things, and this is very annoying when there are no staff online, I am very active on the surf server and I already have experience in being a staff, since I am an admin on prop hunt and mod on TTT, I have a lot of free time and I think the server is in need of that.

Extra Information:

I like to become staff because I like to help the players and the server in general, I will not disappoint as a moderator.

i agree with magic. Surf is different from the other gamemodes, it's less memey and more chill/relax focused, so imo excessive focus on the grind factor (trading of skins and pointshop) via text / sometimes playing memes in mic is not appropriate surf staff behaviour; i would recommend you to focus on your new ttt staff role and to improve on your discretion.

also to clarify: remember that i think you're a great friend and staff on prop hunt, so my feedback here is to help you understand what you can improve. i'm sure you'll understand and do a great job

Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP SURF! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application.

This time, the staff team have decided that you still need to work on your application and then apply again next week. To try and help you they have summarised some positives & negatives discussed during the meeting:

Hi Apollo, we are wanting to see you help out more on the server and to demonstrate you have what it takes to become a moderator. This is the same feedback as a couple of weeks ago. The team feels like there has not been enough significant effort to change this behavoir from then to now and as such we still need to see this change in order for you to join the team.
