TOPIC: [Deathrun Administrator] Red's Application

When would it will be appropriate to use the ban command?:
If their recent warnings exceed more than 6 within 2 weeks, I would use the ban command. If anybody gets around 3 warnings for racism, I would ban for continuous racism. If anybody ghost's twice, I would ban for repeated ghosting punishments.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?:
I would be able to change the name of people with racist names, too similar names to others, or people impersonating staff. I would also be able to ban people for mass exploiting.

Why I should be promoted:
I believe in the fact that Deathrun can go back to the former glory and needs the addition of additional dedicated staff members bringing suggestions and reviving the server so it doesn't only fall on the Deathrun Owner, but on the staff to host events and fix issues the server has.
