Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time:
I would first explain how the ramps work and how they work out. I would also tell them the movement needed on ramp and what keys is needed and how to keep their speed. If they need more help with the game mode I would then sent him a guide on how to play it.
Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
I would first tell him to stop spamming on mic/text, if he fails to listen to me I would then gag/mute him for 5 minutes, if he keeps doing it I would then gag/mute for 10 minutes then if he continues again I would gag him for 15 minutes and ping a admin to ban.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
I would tell the user what he doing is wrong and give him verbal to not do it again , if he keep on doing it again I would then warn him for exploiting.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
I currently hold the rank of TTT Super Admin which makes me trusted, and I also held other ranks in the community like Prop Admin and TF2 Admin which makes me experience. I also know how to handle situation very well and when to enforce rules when needed as well. I am very helpful towards users and show a good attitude. I know my activity isn’t right now but by the time of meeting it will be a better and will be far more consistent next week.
