Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
1. If player A mass RDM and continues to do so after a warning, i ban it for Continious Mass RDM.
2. If the player does not stop receiving recent warnings such as a 6 or 7, I notify him that the next warning will be a ban

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

After reviewing your appeal, talking to the staff member that banned you, we have decided to accept your appeal.



We have seen that you know what you have done wrong and that you are going to make an effort to comply with the rules and we value that. I recommend that you read the rules again so that a case like this does not happen again and you can always ask any member of the staff for any questions, we will be happy to help you!

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
I see myself qualified for a higher rank, since I have not only had experience in this gmod server but in much more being an administrator, supervisor or something else. I think that with the situations that I have gone through + the experience that I have in the server so I think i am qualified for admin. I take it seriously, and I look forward to contributing to this community.
