Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
Holding the moderator rank for almost 3 months, I think I am ready for the next step. Being an ex ssrp and deathrun admin througout the years on zarp, makes me believe I can handle the admin rank on bhop as well.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
Bhop is probably one of the chiller gamemodes which makes this question hard to answer. I haven't really encountered people breaking loads of rules, only a few mic/chat spams every now and then. Being an ex admin on other zarp servers, I think I am well known with the rules and know what punishment suits the rulebreaks.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
Welcome to the bhop staff team!
I will learn and show you the commands you've received being a moderator.

As a first, by holding tab a menu will appear. If you press on a player, you can see the new commands.

- Kick

Will kick a player from the server, mostly used for when a user decides to keep breaking rules after you told him to stop

- Mute chat

Mutes them in chat, the user can't type anything anymore. Mainly used for spamming, racism or disrespect.

- Strip weapons

A command that is not really used. However, you can use it whenever someone is being annoying with guns.

- Mute globally

Mutes someone their voice chat. Same as the mute chat option, used for spamming racism or disrespect.

Being a staff member is not about punishing people. Try giving verbal warnings on minor rulebreaks. You are there to keep the server fun for everyone.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
After seeing a ban appeal on the forums, the first thing I would do is discuss the ban with the staff member that banned the user. From that outcome, I will decide if we should unban the user or not. If the ban was recent, I would suggest waiting a little longer before appealing again.
If its been a longer ban, discussed with the other admin, I would accept the ban appeal.

Being a zarp user for over 5 years and staff for multiple years and even a bhop moderator in 2018, makes me believe I am an experienced staff member. 3 months of being a bhop moderator gives me the feeling I am ready for the next rank.
Considering there is only one bhop admin left, and the server has become more popular again, there will probably be more rulebreakes on the server.
I am trying my best to make other peoples time on the server as enjoyable as mine.
