Hello,
My name (or alias I go by) is Spectrum, I first joined ZARP back in 2015 under the name "SuperSaiyan" and switched between that and the name "iTzDestiny" throughout the years 2015 and 2016 and although I did leave for a few years to then return July / August 2019 whenever being a member of the community I have wanted to be staff so that I can help out the best way which I can. During my time as staff within the past, I did make some questionable choices and misused my powers slightly (clips of what I did do still exist on the forums if you want to try and find them). Skipping to today, compared to my previous attitude, I know what I should and shouldn't do as a staff member and I would say I have enough knowledge of staffing and how to handle situations to go for the next rank up.

Trust / Experience:

I would say that currently, I am one of the most trusted members of staff on SSRP, I also hold the rank of Server Owner for Deathrun and TeamSpeak / Discord Head Admin which shows that I can be trusted with a position as high as Head Admin.

Throughout the past 10 months or so I believe that I have accumulated enough knowledge of handling staff and users to go for the next rank up.

I have been a Super Admin for over 6 months now and I believe that I have a lot of experience handling my duties as a lead team member, training people to become staff, and making sure that all staff members are doing their jobs correctly.

As Super Admin I would say that I have gained enough experience to lead and be confident in the way I enforce the rules and enforcing the rules in a way that doesn't just get a large number of complaints from users.

I regularly keep on top of the One Note used by the rest of the lead team making sure that it is organized and any information that has been written down has been completed such as resignations, Training, and any other matters which are needed to be stated.

I believe that I have enough experience in handling users and also handling staff members, making sure that they are doing the right thing, sometimes I may have given unreliable answers when asked however I believe that I am now in a position where rather than saying "I don't know, you will have to ask someone else" I can confidently say what's ok in what situations and how users should be dealt with if they are breaking rules.

I have also only missed a small number of meetings, sure the reason for missing them may not have been the best however I always try to attend every meeting to make sure that we are keeping on top of everything that is currently happening on the server.

During my time as a staff member, I have always met the minimum requirements and have only had to be spoken to two times as an admin for fairly minor stuff.

My Goals / Aspirations:

I first wanted to start this section by stating by no means am I perfect, there can be times when I fall short of expectations and other times when I exceed expectations. I will try my best to complete/reach my goals. There is a lot which I want to do for the server and some stuff which I can do now. First of all, to make the server a bit more enjoyable I would like to do events where people can have fun and interact with each other rather than the majority of the server go into quarantine in an elevator base. By no means am I the best at creating events but I would like to work towards making giveaways/events fairly regularly to overall improve the quality of life on ssrp. and also lasers, lots of lasers

I would also like to keep on top of communication between members of the staff team making sure that the rules that are set in place on the server are clear and that users don't have the annoying experience of being told that something is ok to then later in the day be told off for doing it.

There is a lot more that I could write however it would just be unnecessary rambling, if anyone has any feedback I am grateful.

You came off the server for a bit not sure if it was a short break or some resignation but you weren't really that active around then, I think you should interact more with the SSRP community before getting this position. There’s only a few negatives I can really point out, them being that the activity could be better overall and recently you resigned (I’m not sure why so I don’t know too much about that). But you have revoked since then and you do your job as super admin well. You have loads of LT experience and there is a need for a new head admin so best of luck.	Lefty.
