I feel as if I am a good candidate for the Head Admin position for the following reasons:
My Activity - I am extremely active as shown in my gametrackers, I am from California so my time zone is 8 hours behind most of you fellows from the EU, and this makes a huge difference with the number of staff online when im am online. If you give me a shout on discord I'm almost on the server instantly, more recently I've been needed on the server when I wasn't on numerous times like today when there was a cheater (that I delt with) and an inappropriate image on the advertisements.
My Dedication - Dedication goes hand in hand with activity, i'm constantly on the forums, and constantly handling F1’s whenever possible when I am online. Handling F1’s and doing forum RA's/Appeals is very fun for me and has always been fun since I first applied for admin around a year ago, I still continue to do these even as Super Admin.
I am a Listener - I listen to all feedback I am given at any point in time, and I always learn from my mistakes. This trait I have is very good in staffing situations, because I always take all info from any side of the story and put it into the big picture of the whole situation.
My Personality - I am a very friendly person and I like to stay friends with everyone, I'm usually very calm and patient at all times and when I handle reports of any type it always helps. I've gotten good feedback on my personality from users after reports, and seeing other people happy makes me happy, that's why I love staffing so much.

Current/Past Ranks
Currently I hold a few ranks in the community. My main rank has always been SSRP, and I am Super Admin on there. With any LT position in the community you are given TeamSpeak/Discord Admin, and I've kept active on those servers doing my job when necessary. Around a month ago I was also accepted into the Community Council. I also hold mod on a few sections in the forums and I am still applying for more. I've pretty much been staff most of the time I played in the community and I plan to keep it that way. I have never abused my powers in any way and that shows I am very trusted with the powers I've been given/ I am applying for. I have also had other ranks in the community like BHOP Mod and TF2 Mod, and I've applied for TTT moderator since I've recently discovered its quite fun.
What I Strive For
I have always staffed for the happiness of the players. When I first started staffing it was a blast to be able to help new players in all the unique situations they were put it, whether it was simple RDM or as serious as preventing someone from committing suicide (yes this happened once, big ups Baxter Black for also being a massive help to the kid). It's always been nice putting smiles on people’s faces and it's why I do what I do. Keeping the server clean and keeping the players happy has always been my job and that's what I continue to plan on doing by making suggestions, changing rules, or just making the server a better place for everyone. I never thought I would make it to Super Admin but with the help of many people I ended up making it. I’ve had a great time as staff on SSRP and plan on staying for a lot longer since I’ve always got free time on my hands. Becoming Head Admin would be a great achievement and help towards my goals of keeping the community happy and clean. So far as an SA I’ve enjoyed communicating with the staff team and I hope I’ve been a good role model to the other staff.
Goals
My goals as a Head Administrator would be to keep doing what I'm doing now, and keep on working towards what I have always been doing, keeping the people happy. Becoming Head Admin would allow me to keep striving for the happiness of the players, while helping the staff team even more with my role and powers. I will continue to try and be a great role model for the others of the staff team, just like the other lead team members were to me when I was first accepted as moderator. Currently there are no Head Admins on the server and if I were Head Admin I would be able to help the other staff with their issues like removing punishments. There are things that require Head Admin+ that other staff need, but there are none currently and Developers/Owners don't always have the time. I hope to be able to complete these tasks and assist the other staff in their needs since there are no Head Admin right now.
LT Experience In ZARP
So far my time as Super Admin has given me some great LT experience. Now, I don't want to call out names or anything like this because I'm not that kinda guy but this section will be mostly confidential, mainly for the reason being the experiences I have had led to punishment of the staff and I just don't want to call out names. Besides those experiences I have been training many staff members and I've really gotten the hang of it. I've caught hackers left and right, and done the normal duty's of an SA to the best of my ability.

My Story:
I first started playing SSRP back in 2016, I joined with an IRL friend (
who turned out to be stupid) and enjoyed playing the server. I always based on evocity and feared getting raided until once an admin (Xxredhurt, great guy) came into my base with an m202. He dropped his VIP printers and I thought I was going to get rich, from that moment on I wanted to become staff and I was still fairly new to the whole PC life and shit (I was 11) I stayed a no name for quite a long time and about a year and 3 months ago I decided to go for moderator for the first time. I ended up getting it with Woggles (great guy) and we played together quite often and staffed together, I was having a great time in the meetings and just playing the server. I started making a name for myself and ended up getting admin before I had to stop playing since I got a job in the summer last year. When I had the free time I ended coming back onto the server in October and I saw all the new items and I wanted to play again, I met Spectrum because I reported someone for being racist and then I spoke with Richard after applying for staff not knowing that I needed permission to go straight for admin xd. I got the role as mod and continued playing and having fun. Although the servers population was getting low around September/November I continued to try my hardest staffing. I was still learning a lot and I will say, many people of the community helped me make it to where I am right now and those are the people that keep me playing the server. Late February I applied for SA with little knowledge on what I was getting into, I was given great feedback to work on, so I tried my best to keep applying and keep working on what I was doing, I made some mistakes that really set me back a few times but I've learned from them. After getting SA and gaining experience, I've decided it's time to try for HA so please, PLEASE leave me any feedback possible.
Final Statement
Honestly, I'm having a great time in the community and I have been ever since I returned late September 2019, I would like to thank everyone that has helped me get to my current position as Super Admin and I would also like to thank those who support me going for Head Admin. I've always put the most amount of effort possible into my staffing and plan to keep it that way always. For those who actually read the whole application, I love you. Also, please leave any and all feedback you have in the replies, I hope to get a lot of good feedback that I can use for the betterment of my staffing abilities since this is the first time I've ever gone for Head Admin on any of the ZARP servers.
