Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Hello Player, After looking at your appeal and talking to staff member who banned you, I have decide to accepted this ban appeal. Me and the staff member both agree that you deserve to be giving another chance on server since you seem to be sorry for your actions on server. I’ll be reducing your ban for a week and in the mean time please go over the rules before coming back on the server

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words): I feel my time as a mod since coming back to the staff has been a solid return to the staff team and I feel I have improve a lot since coming back as a mod and I also feel that I have Regain the trust of the staff team as well. The reason why I should be promoted is because I am dedicated to the server and always try my best when doing reports, I have a good attitude on the server towards staff and players, I’m also appreciable and friendly to new players as well and always willing to help them out if they don’t know what they are doing.
