Here are some reasons why I should be chosen to get given Head Admin:

Activity
I always get more than 3 hours a week on deathrun. I;m also getting other staff members to get active on the server. Whenever I get the chance to jump onto deathrun, I take the chance. Not only am I getting other staff members to be active. I'm also trying to get new players to get some activity on the server.

Dedication
I put loads of dedication as a staff member on deathrun. I'm constantly thinking of possible suggestions/changes for deathrun. And since I have started as a lead team member 1 month and 1 week ago, I've been keeping track of other staff members.

Usefull Super Admin
1. I have been doing all my duties as a super admin. Like I said, I have been keeping track of other staff members and have been working on the one not and spreadsheet since I started as lead team member. I have also been bringing up certain things in the lead team meetings.
2. Since my time as a Super admin I have trained 6 staff members (4 mods - 2 admins)

Helpfull
I would say that Im a helpful staff member on deathrun as I answer questions for other staff members and users that join the game.

Teamspeak/Forums
I'm on teamspeak a lot. Speaking to other deathrun members and other lead team members. I'm also always looking not he forums for applications and suggestions etc for deathrun so I can give my feedback on them.

Trusted/Friendly
Im very trusted by many people in the community and I show that by fulfilling my role as a Super Admin. I'm also very friendly. I speak to lots of people in the community and have made friends with em.

Rules
I know all the rules and exploits that are possible in deathrun.

Plans as a Head Admin
As a head admin, I will continue to be active on deathrun/forums and TeamSpeak. Also, continuing with monitoring other staffs activity and behavior. I'll allow new staff to practice with their new commands and with dealing with punishments. Giving them a chance to get used to their new role as a staff member ( I already do this )

With the role of head admin I can learn more with certain situations which can allow me to give information to other staff members. Making their journey as a staff member easier as they will have more understanding. I do still give information about commands and how to deal with certain punishment but with head admin, I can require them with the new information I learn as I go along.

I will still work together with other staff members including possible lead teams and the server owner and CM+. i will still communicate with them.

I will continue to make sure that the staff team work together and make sure that they are all fulfilling their role as a staff member on deathrun.

Not only can I help people with deathrun, but now I can gain the trust from other servers like TTT or Bhop. As I've dealt with probably similar situations and have been staff on both servers. Giving them more information (I do get asked every now and then about stuff on SSRP and I try to help as much as I can but as a Head admin I can give more information)




Why tho?
I would like to be head admin as I feel it will help me with my lead team members. Also being able to train Super Admins would be a big impact with my trainings. I feel like head admin will help me enforce the rules better. As Ive said. I know the rules, Im active, Im getting others active, I'm doing my job as a Super Admin, Im training people, and helping staff.
