Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
I would not use the ban command so often, and would give 3 warns to the player before anything, because i could get it wrong and it could cost me a demotion... i would ban thouh if a person would be gagged for racism and still come back for more, then i would have no problem kicking him, and if he comes back to the server with the same attitude i would ban him (the same goes for homophobia). i would also ban if a person has 7+ recents

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
i would probably let him get unbanned, if it was his first time getting punished and with a perm ban because maybe he didnt know that the server is very strict with cheating. my response:

Since it was a first ban+ you are a new player and if you really like playing on zarp i would have no problem accepting your appeal.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
I keep up a good attitude and i have good relations with everyone in the zarp community (i hope, no one dislikes me too...). i want to become admin for multiple reasons, first reason being able to ban salty people who deserve it, being able to change peoples names (i feel bad kicking people for advertising when theres no admins+ online), i would like to get a vote in the sunday meetings (mods get kicked at the start..), and ngl i want to be admin for my own pride even if that sounds bad .i have been a responsible mod for a while now, i also suggested something that got added to server 2 (pHD flopper) and i play way too much and dont see an end to my addiction with zarp (TTT).

he literally just had the most ironic mistake a staff member can do by rdming a fellow t mate saying he didnt see the T mark over his head , you shouldnt be accepted as a mod if you did this mistake as a user and yet you have the audacity to apply for a higher rank only a few hours after lying and rdming not to mention LTAP . You shouldnt even apply for the next 2 weeks unless you are only applying for feedback otherwise this application is going to waste

You do have really good activity. The problem I have with you is you still lack some experience and I would like you to become more trusted as a moderator before becoming admin. I won't hold your recent report abuse against you, as I do think it's a simple mistake that everyone can make. But I still would like you to get some experience. I did the slightest mistake too when applying for admin . the rest was chaos .This is how the community in particular runs , someone screws up once , then he gets thrown under the bus.

It's not the "community" it's you, you know how that felt when that shit happend to you so you decided to do that to broken? I also heard your previous experiences as staff wasnt too great.
