Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
-If a player has 7 or more recent punishments
-If a player Mass RDM's (3 or more players) and leaves to avoid punishment
-If a player is constantly using discriminatory remarks
-If a player Mass RDM's multiple times

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Why I should be promoted:
I once held the rank of Super Administrator on the server which shows that I know the rules and commands well along with showing that I can be trusted with powers. I have a good attitude towards both staff and users and I can be mature when I want to. I have recently regained an interest in playing the server again and I now have the time to play more. I check forums very frequently and hop onto teamspeak frequently as well. I understand that I might be lacking with activity but I will play as much as I can until the meeting. Hopefully that's enough

While I wasn't very impressed with your dedication as a Super Administrator you were one of the most hard working administrators I can remember throughout my time with Zarp, so I hope that we can look forward to see some of that again. Your activity should be good enough by the meeting, but didn't you get accepted for administrator like a month or two ago? I privately resigned because I thought my Gmod was fixed but the issue i was having seemed to come back not long after I returned. I didn't want the same thing that happened while I was a super administrator to occur again so I took it upon myself to resign until I figured out this problem. The problem seems to be gone now as in the last 2 weeks my Gmod (and other games affected) have been working properly. Thanks for the feedback!
