Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
If someone intentionaly Mass RDMed and left.

If someone got too many recents for example 7.
(maybe i could tell them that if they break more rules they'll be punished.)

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hello (player),
I've been reading through your appeal and spoken with the staff member that they shouldn't ban permanently on the first offence. I talked with other staff members and came to the conclusion that we have accepted your appeal. Thank you for your patience.

I think i gathered enough experience to get actually promoted with a new and better me.
I appreciated the work of all staff members and learned from that. Since im here for a month i learned a important thing: The thing is consistency.

Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP TTT! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application
