Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:

When a Player has 7 or more recent punishments.
When a Player is Mass Rdming (so atleast 3 rdms in one round) and then leaves to avoid punishment.

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Hello there, at first I want to thank you for contacting me and for explaining the situation to me in such great detail. Even though this is your first ban I unfortunately have to deny your request since you were hacking and this is against our rules. I am really sorry and I hope you understand why I had to deny it.

Why I should be promoted:

I think I should be promoted since I have really good time on the server and that way I would be able to support you, the other staff members, and the players of the server even more. Of course you don't have to accept me I just thought that I would give it a shot. :3

Hello Loli!

Thanks for applying for TTT administrator on our TTT server!

Here are my opinions

Positive:
Good gametime
Friendly and nice ingame and out of game
Been a mod for a while now

Negative:
Nothing I can find

What you can improve on:
Just keep on going like you are and you will be solid and hopefully accepted for admin! You could add bit of colours to your application so it makes it easier to read.

I’ve been playing with you for a while now and you are nice and you know how to handle and defuse situations, you are active and very friendly I hope you get accepted for admin!
