Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
Well it has been some time since i have been a moderator or even staff, but i feel like i done a good job at my role and positively contributed to the staff team to make the server a better place.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
As a staff member, i encountered many players that were either breaking rules, disrespecting others, spamming etc. I encountered a strafe hacker as my time as mod and passed it up to higher staff. As an admin, there was many players disrespecting staff and other players which required various mutes.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
I would first congratulate them and welcome them to the staff team, make them feel welcome etc. Then i would give a rundown on the commands they would have access to and what situations to use them in. At the end I would ask them if they had any questions about being a staff member, about the staff team etc.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
What i would do is somewhat circumstantial. If it was their first ban on this server but I know they have been banned on other servers, I would say that to other staff members because it would greatly affect the appeal. Otherwise I would wish them luck and tell them to make sure they're not doing it again.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
I believe i should be promoted (or welcomed back) because I have a fair amount of experience with being a staff member, I have had good activity since I have come back to the server. I've never been banned/kicked on any server and I'm trustworthy.

You seem like a great guy, seen you for the first time on bhop the other day and was really willing to help teach certain things about making speeds faster!

Good admin before, still actively plays and still trys to help out people when he can.

I don't know much about your Administration in the past though by the looks of it, and seeing that you were given permission from Onion himself, you must have done a good job. Your application is decent, though well detailed and correct, your activity is good enough as for your recent punishment(s), I'm in no position to check that out but I doubt you have any. You seem like a good applicant and I'm certain you'll manage to get your rank this week, good luck!

A great bhopper with great attitude who helps out other people a lot. Seeing that you've been admin in the past I can't think of an better applicant.
