Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:

I would use this command if
1. 7 or more recents
2.mass rdm (more then 3 kills) and leaving
3. Continuing to make racist jokes when they where warned to stop
4.if a player mass RDMs twice

Explain how you would handle the following situation:

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Why I should be promoted?
I think I should be promoted because aware of the rules here on zarp and i am
active almost everyday unless i cannot be on i also play TTT in the mornings where there are lots of people on and i also handle all the reports in game i can get.
I believe that i am well know within the TTT community and am liked by all the TTT staff and players.
i try to get an hour a day on TTT and some times i get like 3 hours
I know that what i did was wrong to be demoted but i truly believe that i have changed.

I Hope that you can trust me with being admin again

I'd feel more comfortable with waiting at least another week considering what you did. You've been really nice on teamspeak and shown a pretty good attitude so far, I just think it's too soon. If i'm being honest a week of demotion is not punishment enough. If one person lost there position for saying one letter and the other gets demoted for a week for instigating the situation.
