What is Ghosting? and give an example: (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting)
Ghosting is when another player who is dead/spectating is calling out where a player is exposing his/her location giving the deaths a chance to win a round they might not have otherwise

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)
I would tell him/her to stop doing this as it is against the rules and breaking them could end up with a warning and a potential kick/ban depending on how serious it becomes

Why I should be chosen: (Explain in your own words WHY we should chose you to become moderator, what makes you stand out? What are good traits about you? (The questions are examples and are NOT part of the template. (We recommend around 75 words))
I think I should be chosen to be staff on ZARPGAMING is because I am very active, polite and I respect other people. Moreover I believe I could create a positive attitude towards the server and the players in the deathrun community supporting what the people want.

NEGATIVES:

-Explain more

Things you could fix:
-You could explain that u can't warn/ban a Mod+
-Also what would you say as a verbal warning to them ? For example : " Player one can u stop disrespecting please or i will be forced to punish you"
-An example for what ghosting is would be nice for example : Player 1 is dead , and Player 1 tells Player 2 ..." etc
