Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
Example 1: If a player has 7 or more recent punishments
Example 2: If a player is repeatedly making racist comments
Example 3: If a player Mass RDMes (at least 3 people) and leaves to avoid punishment

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
I was accepted as a moderator over a month ago now and I have, and still do enjoy the experience of being a moderator on this server a lot. I'm very active on the server and I believe I have handled a lot of reports while being a moderator. I believe I have had a positive impact on this server as I have been online at the later hours when no other staff members are online, because of this I have stopped people from joining the server very late at night and RDMing. However, there is still a limit to what i can do. For example- I sometimes see myself having to ask an Admin on discord to ban someone that was mass RDMing and left before I could do anything. They sometimes join back and begin to RDM again.
If I was promoted to an admin, I would work towards helping other players to have a better experience.

The purpose of that question is to ensure the applicant knows how to handle appeals, not to trick them into thinking they can handle appeals of people theyve banned

Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP TTT! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application

We just wanted to say Congratulations! The staff team has voted to accept your application, which means you’re now a part of the ZARP staff.

Before you get started, another admin will help train you on the server and get you setup with your new rank. Just join the Zarp TeamSpeak and get in touch with a TTT SuperAdmin or higher or add a SA+ on Steam. There’s also a handy guide created by the community which should help you get up to speed with your new menus & commands. And don’t forget you can always ask another staff member if you’re not sure about something
