Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop:
If someone new was to join the server and asked for tips on how to B-hop I would start out by telling them to spectate me through the F2 spectate feature. When the player is spectating me I would proceed to tell him that I am by no means the best bhopper and what I'm doing is not perfect. I would then start to jump on the spot and tell the player if you're new to bhopping then the mode you are going to find it easiest to start off with would be normal and this includes autohop. So when you hold space your player will constantly jump. Then I will tell the player to build up speed while jumping try wiggling your mouse a little bit and pressing A if your mouse is moving left and D if your moving your mouse right. After showing him this I will tell him to try it out, while spectating him I will give him any extra tips that might be needed. If the player still doesn't understand I will reefer him to a YouTube video.
Basics of Bhopping

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
If someone is Mic/Text spamming then I would give them a verbal warning to stop spamming, I would then give the person some time to stop and if he didn't stop and carried on spamming I would gag/mute the player for a period of time. If I felt like the player might stop spamming and is actually sorry for what he did then I may ungag/unmute him sooner. If the person carried on spamming on the next map and was clearly trolling I would mute him again and try contact someone to issue him with a ban.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
I would start off by telling the person who doing the exploit that it's against the rules, if he was to continue doing the exploit I would teleport him to the start as punishment. If he continued to do it again or any other exploits I would contact an admin to ban them.

Why I should be chosen:
I feel like I should be chosen because recently I've been dedicating a lot of time to the bhop servers, I know my game tracker shows some low activity but I have been playing a lot recently and plan on keeping this activity up. I am completely trusted with the powers that the rank comes with as I'm Head admin on SSRP, Forum Mod and TS3 Staff. I love the server, the people who play the server and the staff team and would love to become a part of it. I feel like I would be a big help to the bhop staff team as when I usually play there are very few staff online if any, this means that it would be a huge help me having powers to stop rule breakers.
