Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario: A Random Death Match Is Were "A" Kills B While In Spawn So That Is Classed As RDM.

Player A accuses player B for RDMing him, the console log shows that player A killed player B. The Way I Would Do It Is See What B'S Side Is And then get A's story, if B has lied he will be warned for "RDM & Lying To Staff".

Player A accuses player B for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time. I Would Look At The Console Closely And If A Has Killed B And Then B Has Killed A In The NLR Time Then That Would Result In A Warn.
