Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server:

What i would, personally do, is verbally warn them (depending on the severity of the rulebreak of course) and tell him not to do such a thing again and tell him that it's forbidden on our servers. If it was racism or discrimination ( such as: insulting the black race, Auschwitz jokes, n-words) i would mute him and explain why he got muted. If he continued to do so after the mute he would get a even longer one next time, and if he continued after that one as well until the point of getting kicked or banned.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:

Exploiting such as hacking is a very serious thing in the ZARP community. What i would do is first of all tell the User to exploiting and give them a warn, if they continued to exploit i would kick them, and if they came back nd still continued i would have to contact a Administrator or higher in order to ban them.

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario:

Ghosting is where a User who was murdered as a prop informs the other User [Hunter] the location(s) of the other Prop(s) via a third-party communication software (TeamSpeak, Discord, Skype, etc).

Scenario:I will use the following Names for this scenario: Harrison (Prop) ; Rick (Hunter) ; Marcus (Prop)

So, Harrison and Rick are two good friends who are now playing ZARP's Prop Hunt server on a Friday night while chatting over Discord. Harrison gets killed in the very beginning of the game and gets super annoyed and tells Rick how he fucked up because Marcus was in his way when he wanted to enter a room and that's the reason as to why he died. Then Harrison gets and idea of getting revenge by telling Rick where Marcus is, and he does so, and Marcus gets killed in the process.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):

I feel as i should be chosen is due to the reason that i am planning to make Prop Hunt a better place, i will do my best to be active and fulfill all my duties. I also have a SSRP Administrator rank acquired, and i showed my dedication and capabilities there as well. I really enjoy the gamemode and in my opinion, i think i would perfectly fit the Moderator position.
