Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
An appropriate time would be to ban a player for having too many recent warns( Five or more). Another time would be for a player Mass RDMing and LTAPs

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology, and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I would handle the situation by reviewing the evidence that was given by the player and once I am convinced, I would ask for the steam id and double check to unban the player and giving them another chance. At the same time, I would watch over the player in case that player does rule breaking again. In order for the player to be aware of receiving a ban, I would ask them if they would read the rules at least once or twice so that they won't get the same punishmentand I would make sure they have a clear view of what they must not do.

Why I should be Promoted: I wish to be promoted because I've been a mod for a few months now and I want to take it to the next level as a staff member. Another reason I want to be Admin is that I have seen a lot of Mass RDMers in the past and they are usually when an Admin is not online and if I was an admin, the player would receive a ban due to their mass rulebreaking. I try to handle as many reports as I can and when I am the only staff member on TTT, it can be difficult work, but I try my hardest and my best to keep the server balanced and happy.

Whilst I've never gotten any proof, you definitely aren't admin material. You can be very immature at times, and I've questioned how you are a moderator. Admins (and the staff team in general) should be role models and examples for people on our server, sometimes the way you act does not reflect this.

I'm gonna have to agree with Froyo on this, you can be very immature and tend to have difficulty of knowing when to stop messing around. As a staff member you were given your powers for a reason, which was to help the server and do a job, they are not there for you to use for fun which you seem to have issue with as you were slaying other staff members very recently for no real reason.

On top of that your app is very bare bones. Tell us how many recent warnings you would deem is worth a ban, this is the kind of thing we are looking for. Your response to how you would handle an appeal also concerns me a little, it appears like you would just unban them without even looking at the appeal in detail and deciding whether they are deserving of that second chance.

Your activity is quite good, and I always have a fun time when Im in the server with you. You know how to moderate well, however your application certainly lacks detail. I would recommend fixing up the application and adding more effort to it.
For handling the appeal, you must be much more specific in what you would do and what would be required of that user to be unbanned. On top of that, you would need to explain how you would approach this user with how he must stick to the rules in the future.
I honestly think if you cleaned up your application a bit and weren't so vague, I believe you would be ready to be an administrator.

For when you were staff you didn't handle many reports or gag/muted people. This might have changed but I would say be more hands on.
