Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.

My time as a moderator was fun, hard And an exciting experience and I believe I am ready for a higher rank, I believe I am ready for a higher rank because in my opinion, I have mastered all you can do as a moderator, and by doing so, I have noticed that you can only help so many people until your powers hold you back so by being promoted to admin it will give me the access and the knowledge to help more people and take down more rule breakers.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
There have not been many things so far that have really been an obstacle for me(This might be because I've been staff before) I can only think of one thing that has been difficult, and that is managing server 3 by myself, I've found this really annoying because as moderator it takes you longer to freeze people, you can't really see if anybody is printing out the map, when its pretty late at night mass rulebreakers come on and I can't really do much accept warn or freeze, and in everyday F1s it makes it harder to deal with certain things.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Hello, first of all congratulations on your position as moderator and well come to the Zarp family.

1. First of all we will start off with is Warn: "/Warn 'Steam id' Then the reason " Only use this command when someone has broke the rules because if you give a false warn it can result in a
tier one warning. You can also unwarn by doing "/unwarn 'Steam id' ".

2. Freeze: to use this command you must type "/freeze 'Steam id' " this will freeze the player so he/she will not be able to move, when you are finished with the player do / them the command is "/unfreeze 'Steam id' " so don't leave them frozen.

3. Ignite: Ignite is a command that will set you or another player on fire "/Ignite 'Steam id' " and to extinguish them do "/extinguish 'Steam id' "

4. Kick: "/Kick 'Steam id' 'Reason' " only use this command when someone has broken a rule more that 3 times because it's not a valid kick if they Rdmed one person so either kick them for breaking a serious rule or contact an admin to ban them.

5. Slap: "/slap ‘Steam id’ ‘how many times‘ ‘how many damage’" this will send the player up into the air in random angles, but we moderators tend not to use it as we want to create a minge free server.

6. TP: "/tp" this will tp you to where ever you are looking you can also bind it to a key by typing this in the console bind v "say tp".

7. Slay: This one is pretty self explanatory, when used you will kill the player resulting in them respawing. you can use this command in 4 different ways, such as silent/normal/rocket/explode "/slay 'Steam id' silent/normal/rocket/explode ".

8. Bring: "/Bring 'Steam id' " this will bring you to the player.

9. Goto: "/goto 'Steam id' " this will tp you to the player.

Okay, that is it for the commands and it's now time for you to go on duty as a zarp moderator and once again congratulations on your role as moderator. Please do not abuse these commands as it will result in warnings or a demotion.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that another admin banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Dear player,

You were banned by "admin Y" for propspam and your ban time was permanent, but as you made a nice detailed ban appeal and apologized, I have decided to shorten the ban from permanent to 2 days Over these 2 days you could think about what you have done and why not to do it again, if you do do it again and get banned your chances of getting unbanned are very little. - Accepted and shortened to 2 days and make sure you don't break the rules

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
I think I should be chosen to be admin again because I'm hardworking, I've been staff before, I speak to people in a good manner, i have alot of spare time on my hands, but one of the biggest reasons I think I should be promoted is because I go on server 3 which not many staff members do, and I try to help as many people as I can(which is not a lot with my current powers for server 3) server 3 has gotten so bad not many of the users even make F1s anymore because no staff members are on, and when I'm on they just message me on steam or PM me, but most importantly I try my best every day to make zarp a happier and friendly server to play on.
