What is Ghosting? and give an example: Its anything a dead person can say that changes the outcome of the round. So for an example we can say the death has pressed a portal trap like on norskaile and a dead person then tells the chat that he pressed that button it can change the outcome of the round.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: I would First ask them to stop disrespecting the player in a nice way to try to calm him down if he is angry but if he doesn't stop after that i would first mute him for 5 minutes and warn him if he continues after that i would mute him for rest of map if player then continues after i would try to get in contact with an administrator and get the person a temp ban.

Why I should be chosen: I have had many people asking me to reapply and i have a lot of experience of being staff in the past, i think i would be a great addition to the staff team for a little while im not thinking of going fully back i just wanted to help the server out for a little while, and make new players feel welcome and not be scared to ask me questions. and with my experience i think i can help out new mods and admins if they are struggling in situations i can step in and help them out.
