Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:

If someone keeps being racist and multiple warnings and kicks the only option to stop the hate and negativity would be to ban him. Why? because muting/gaging someone wouldnt help due to more negativity into the game. So there for the only logical thing to do would be to give a ban and hope he understands.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:

He would appeal for two reasons:
Reason 1: He is truly sorry about cheating and likes the community and wants to continue to play in it.
Reason 2: He is not sorry and tries to get into the server by apologizing and continues to cheat until noticed and banned again.

First of all: I cannot handle unban requests of my own doing.

If I were to handle this I would do the following:

First i'd check if there's evidence against him cheating, if there is no evidence of him cheating i'd ask the staff member who banned him about details of the case if the staff member doesn't remember it that well then i'd do the following:

Scenario without evidence:

If so he has no evidence I would ask a staff member higher up of me to ask what I should do to handle this case.
If the superior staff member says to do what I think is right:

If there wasnt any evidence I would allow him to join back with the notice that if he breaks the rules to many times ( RDM and hates on people or cheats ) he would get banned again, this to make sure he doesn't exploit us being nice to the community.

Scenario with evidence:

There is evidence of him cheating on video, this means that he has no other reason to join the community. The ban appeal would be denied for the reason: you have been kicked and then banned for second time offence of cheating. This is a valid reason to ban you. You shall not be unbanned until your ban is over.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):.

I'm a serious and straight forward person. I have just been accepted as a moderator and I feel like I can do more as a Admin. My activity is growing and i'm handeling alot of reports when i'm online I might have alot to learn as a Admin but i'm always willing to develop more skills to administer my skills for this community.

I look forward to help out our community in the role of Admin.

Great moderator as far as i can tell. Your app is a unique one tho. Given the way users are banned for cheating there will either be evidence from an anticheat(which admins cannot view), or they will have had video evidence of them cheating reviewed by the lead team, so there will always be evidence of them cheating. The question is less about proving them innocent or guilty and more about assuming they did cheat and how you would handle their appeal, the ban for cheating a second time is permanent as a kick would be there first punishment. There are a lot of things to take into account when deciding how to handle an appeal like this however it would be wrong to dismiss every single appeal just because they were caught cheating, but it depends on the situation.
