Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time:
Id first tell them the steps of how to surf(the basics) and then ask them if they might want to spectate me and see how to use buttons and strafe. if that doesnt help ill simply go on youtue and send them a link which goes more in dept on how surfing works

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
I would give them a verbal warning, if they procceed to carry on i'll gag/mute them if they then continue spamminh ill kick them.


Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
If i see someone exploiting i'll command them that they have to get down instantly and if they dont get down i'll then slay/warn for exploiting. If they still keep on exploiting ill kick and if they join back ill ask a higher member of staff to come and ban them

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
I should be chosen i have good experiance and have staff roles including higher staff roles as an Admin this is a benefit as i am experianced and know how to handle situations, I am also dedicated to all the servers im staff on and always come on to help tif a staff member is in need of help.
