I would tell them to watch this video and if they have any questions that they always can come to me or any other staff member:

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
I would first verbally warn him and if he does not stop after that I will time mute/time gag him for 5-10 min and I will warn him and say That he needs to quit it if he is not accepting the punishment I will send him to the forums that he can appeal it and stay calm

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
I would first verbally warn him and if he does not stop after that I will Watch him for a short time if he keeps doing it I will warn him and say That he needs to quit it because its not fair if he is not accepting the punishment I will send him to the forums that he can appeal it and stay calm

Why I should be chosen? because I’m respecting other people on the server and I got many friend like admins, mods, I’m loyal and my English is very good. I have good communication with not only the Zarp players but also with the Zarp admins and moderators. when I’m not accepted I don’t care because there are coming more weeks that I can apply to, and I have the experience of handling situations as admin of the Deathrun server.
