Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
If player A kills three or more players without a solid reason why he did so (RDMed them) and then instead of atleast waiting for his punishment just leaves the server. Following to that I would ban him for one day with the reason MRDM + LTAP

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Well first of all I shouldn't ban someone for cheating if I would be admin. However if I would handle an appeal similiar to this I would write the following:

Hello "player", thankyou for creating an appeal on your ban in such detail. After looking into the appeal I have come the conclusion that your appeal has been :accepted:

since you did get banned for hacking, which is not allowed, I am not just gonna remove your ban fully, but I will shorten it down to three days hoping that you learn from the short break and won't do this again. Keep in mind that if you get banned a second time it won't be removed this easily.
If you got any further questions feel free to ask me. I'll be happy to see you back on the server!

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):.

After being moderator for over a month now and having over 100 hours of playtime as staff member I have learnt a lot of new things I wasn't aware of before. And eventhough I made quite a view mistakes at the start they made me learn the most and didn't happen for quite a time now making my self not only a confident moderator but also confident enough to apply for admin. I often enough had to handle the server by myself and am able to do that now pretty decent, however often enough I feel restricted since I can't give full punishment, but have to either get a different higher ranked person on, or do a forum ban appeal. In conclusion I think that with being admin I could help the server improve even more.

Your application lacks a slight bit of detail and your activity although very high at places, can be rather inconsistent but that's not a big deal as everyone should put their own life ahead of staffing.

That aside, from when I have spoken to yourself, you have stood out as an excellent moderator and definitely knows what you are doing. Overall I think that you will be a great admin and you will defiantly have my vote in this weeks meeting.

Your application is a bit off, but you have great skill and a i think you will make a good admin. To those saying his app lacks detail wtf are you talking about? He has explained an acceptable use of the ban command so nothing wrong there. As for explaining how he would handle an appeal hes answered almost perfectly and shown he knows what he is doing. He stated that he shouldn't ban for hacking, he even said what he would do if he was handling a similar appeal, which to me implies he understands that he can't handle appeals on punishments he gave. Tom has looked at the question he was given and pointed out every mistake with it, he has gone above and beyond what is required for detail. Anyway your activity is good and you have shown in your app that you are 100% ready for admin.
