I have around one month and a half experience as a lead team member on ssrp and I have dealt with almost everything ssrp can throw at you as a super administrator, as well as having over 5 years within the community and most of that time was spent as a staff member. As well as over two months experience as a bhop lead team member.
⚜️Activity⚜️
I play the server for around two hours per day at the minimum I only log one hour on gametracker as i join throughout the day to keep an eye on staff as well as when I am requested to join the server. Due to the times that I do play early morning eu there is not always a lot going on in the servers so my game time does not always log due to me not killing anyone. During these times there are no head admins online unless emp is around (and we all know the answer to that kappa) as most people are asleep.
⚜️Teamspeak / forums⚜️
I am always on teamspeak and easily contactable if I am not here i come onto the forums daily to see if there is anything that needs to be handled but like I said prior to this the times I play are not always optimal for handling appeals as I feel that letting other staff members handle the appeal is better as the user that made the appeals will not have to unnecessarily wait longer.

When dealing with situations my stance is firm but fair I deal with people how I myself would like to be dealt with and ensuring that both staff and users are deal with respectfully. I am a very fair person when it comes to situations I believe it is better to educate people on where they went wrong to avoid these types of situations happening in the future

I am a very trusted member in the community as I currently hold three lead team ranks Bhop Head admin, SSRP Super Admin, Jailbreak super admin as well as Teamspeak staff I would also like to think that I am a very approachable person.
⚜️What I have done so far⚜️
So far as super admin i have help resolve many situations of staff conflict avoiding them escalating out of control and affecting the whole of the staff team When dealing with these type of situations i also treat everyone involved the utmost respect to ensure that they feel they are being treated correctly, Alongside dealing with staff situations most of the work I have done so far has been based around the community and players ensuring that all players on our servers have the best experience possible when playing from clarifying rules to dealing with staff breaking rules, throughout my time as a lead team member i have had to deal with multiple cases of users hacking which I feel like is currently a major issue on our ssrp servers as these people who hack ruin all the hard work that our players have put into server to gain weapons or printers Another major part of my role is to train players when they get accepted as staff on the server i feel like the way you train them as well as the attitude you have while training them as well as in general will have a long lasting impression on the new staff member which ultimately will affect how they perform as a staff member. This is just a small amount of what I have done on ssrp
⚜️What I will do as a head admin⚜️
⚫ Continue to Improve relations within the staff team
⚫ work alongside current lead team members to Help with the implementations of new suggestions/rules
⚫ I plan on talking to cm team members about a current idea (need to see if it is possible first)
⚫ I wish to also improve the bond between the lead team and our players that ultimately we depend on as I feel like currently there I currently a lot of hostility between said groups.
These are just a few things that I would like to achieve.

I am a very approachable and fair person who throughout there time at zarp has been staff for most of it I try to go out of my way to help anyone to the best of my ability I believe I have proven myself to be a very dedicated staff member on ssrp with a wealth of experience at my fingertips
I have been around for 5 years and have a lot of knowledge about the community as a whole and having a full understanding of the balance between the staff team and players.

My activity does not always log due to the fact I play from like 5 am - 8 am and do not really kill anyone as there is no one on, I join throughout the day but like I said prior I don’t kill anyone.
